Our dental practice is able to accept new patients on the following basis:

• As a Private Patient. You pay for treatment as you need it. After an initial consultation your dentist will outline the treatment required and the relevant costs.
• By joining a monthly Membership Plan. Please see our 'Memberships Plan' tab for more information regarding this.
• Under the terms of the National Health Service (NHS). Please note that NHS treatment is only available to patients who are registered with a medical doctor and have a NHS number. New patients are accepted on the NHS only if places become available.
• Finance- We offer 0% finance so that you can spread the cost of your treatment out over a period of up to 12 months so that you can start your treatment without worrying about cost.

Please note that completion of this online form does NOT guarantee registration at our practice. To complete registration you must book in and attend our practice for an examination appointment with one of our dentists.
