Every member of the City Dental team strives to make the patient experience as comfortable as possible. We treat every patient as we would want ourselves and our own families to be treated. This means that every single patient is treated to the highest standard and the best of our ability from the moment you call to book an appointment right through to finishing your treatment with us.

Missed appointments are very wasteful of clinical time and prevent other patients from accessing appointments. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are unable to keep your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation.
To help you remember your appointment, we offer a free text message and email reminder service. If you would like a reminder of your appointment by text or email, please let the receptionist know.
If an appointment is missed, please contact the practice as soon as you can. Missed private appointments may incur a charge or your deposit (if paid) may be lost.
NHS missed appointments and late cancellations – if appointments are repeatedly missed (on more than one occasion) or cancelled late, we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment.
Please contact the reception team to discuss your circumstances as soon as possible.
